ThriftVault is a personal flip tracker and AI scan companion for thrift resellers. The App allows you to scan items using AI-powered identification, save items to a local vault, estimate resale profit, and organize hauls. All user data is stored locally on your device.
ThriftVault offers a free trial period followed by auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
The AI scan feature uses Google's Gemini API to identify items from photos. When you use this feature, your photo is sent to Google's servers for analysis. Item identifications, price estimates, and resale suggestions are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You should verify all prices and item details independently before making purchasing or selling decisions.
ThriftVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThriftVault LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated item identifications, brand identifications, category classifications, price estimates, resale suggestions, authenticity indicators, or counterfeit warnings will be accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated content is a computational estimate, not a professional appraisal or authentication. You should independently verify all information before making any purchasing, selling, or pricing decisions, and should consult professional authenticators for high-value or brand-sensitive items. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriftVault LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: (a) purchasing an item at a cost that cannot be recovered at resale; (b) purchasing or reselling a counterfeit, replica, or misidentified item that the App did not identify as such; (c) relying on any AI-generated price estimate, brand identification, or authenticity indicator; or (d) any transaction conducted on a third-party marketplace. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.
The App is a personal flip tracking tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional appraisal advice. Price estimates and resale suggestions are informational only and do not reflect actual market value at any given time.
Brand names, logos, and product designs referenced in the App (whether by the AI scan feature or by users) are the property of their respective owners. ThriftVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or manufacturer mentioned. Brand references are provided solely to help users catalog and estimate the resale of items they own or are considering purchasing, and do not constitute a claim of authenticity, affiliation, or endorsement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
